In addition, due to the inability to process surplus bar materials, waste is caused. This machine is suitable for processing block shaped single pieces, and the received materials can be fully utilized. The material is processed as a single piece block, without the need for a cutting knife to cut the rod, saving tool consumables. The cutting feed rate during bar feeding can reach about 80%, and A-6+is a block shaped material with a cutting feed rate of up to 100%, which increases efficiency by more than 20% compared to other materials.
